Infrared sauna treatments

Portable saunas are typically for one person only and offer a great sauna experience. They are becoming popular additions to many days spas and beauty centers who want to offer their customers an infrared sauna treatment.

Treatments can vary in price between spas/centers but you should expect to pay between $20 - $30 for each 30 minute treatment.

Some spas recommend a longer period of time in the sauna, in the region of 45 minutes as the body takes time to warm up when in a far infrared sauna as opposed to the traditional sauna. This will enable you to enjoy fully the infrared sauna health benefits.
